I booked online and had an appointment at 10am. I got there and the man said, your appointment is not confirmed. I showed him my app and e-mail of my confirmation. Then he says again, it's not confirmed, because we are taking them as they come in. He wanted to schedule me for another day. So, then why set up an appointment on the app? Why tell guests it's not confirmed? Why move your appointment to another day? I was scheduled for an alignment, tire balance and rotation. I had to go somewhere else.

I had a great experience at this Firestone location! The service advisor, Ivan, was incredibly friendly and welcoming. While I was waiting, the TV wasn't working, but he went out of his way to get it up and running for me, which I really appreciated. The oil change itself was fast, and they honored a great coupon that saved me some money. They even took the extra time to check my tires. Excellent, fast service all around thanks to Ivan and the team—I highly recommend them!

Great customer service. Ivan is the young man who attended me. He explained every detail of my cars diagnostic results. Was very helpful, attentive and answered all my questions.

I had a great experience at Firestone. I went in for a wheel alignment, oil change, and to have both the engine air filter and cabin filter replaced. Everything was handled smoothly and in a timely manner.Hector at the front counter was very helpful, professional, and easy to work with. He took the time to explain the services and made the whole process straightforward and stress-free. I really appreciated the good customer service and attention to detail.I’ll definitely be coming back and would recommend this location to others.
